Includes: email sorting, calendar updates, document edits, and basic data entry. 🔸 Standard Support – $300/month Great for growing businesses (10 hours). Includes: Starter services + client communication, spreadsheets, light bookkeeping, and reporting. 🔸 Premium Support – $550/month For businesses needing full admin or bookkeeping support (20 hours). Includes: All services above + bookkeeping management, reports, QuickBooks help, and priority response. 🔹 Hourly Rate – $35/hr Best for one-time tasks, rush jobs, or short-term help. As a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, we ensure your books are accurate, organized, and tax-ready. Q: Can you handle catch-up or cleanup books? A: Absolutely! Whether you're months behind or just need help untangling a few things, we specialize in catch-up, cleanup, and reconciliation services to get your books back on track. Q: What if I’m just starting out? A: That’s the perfect time to bring us in! We’ll help you set up your books from scratch, create a custom chart of accounts, and walk you through your reports so you know what your numbers are saying.
Communication & Scheduling
Q: How will we communicate while working together? A: We offer flexible communication options including email, phone, Google Meet, and client portal messaging. You choose the method that works best for you. Q: What are your business hours? A: FSB Supportive Solutions is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Extended or weekend support may be arranged based on your service package. Q: Can I schedule recurring check-ins? A: Absolutely. Recurring check-ins are encouraged to keep your projects on track. We'll coordinate a weekly or biweekly meeting schedule during your onboarding.
Getting Started & Onboarding
Q: How do I get started? A: It’s simple! Just click “Let’s Get You Set Up” to schedule your free consultation. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and choose the best support package for your needs. Q: What does onboarding look like? A: Once you sign up, you’ll receive a Welcome Email, access to your Client Intake Form, and a Service Agreement to review and e-sign. Then we’ll schedule your kickoff call and get started! Q: How soon can we begin? A: Most clients are onboarded and fully set up within 2–3 business days of signing their agreement. We aim to start supporting you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Q: What tools or software do you use? A: We commonly use QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and project management tools like Trello and ClickUp—but we’re flexible and happy to work within your existing systems.
